1. Create a Squarespace Account: Sign up for a Squarespace account.

2. Purchase Template: Purchase the template and provide the email associated with your Squarespace account.

3. Accept Website: Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email from Squarespace asking to be added as a contributor to your site. Accept the invite, and the site can then be transferred to you.

4. Customization: I offer customization and domain connection services for an additional cost. If you are interested in these services, select the option when checking out, and I will follow up by email with more information and next steps!

• Non-Refundable Purchases: All template purchases are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, you will receive access to the template and associated files, and no refunds will be issued.

• Squarespace & Third-Party Services: Fraîche Studio is not liable for any issues you encounter with Squarespace or other third-party services. This includes, but is not limited to, problems connecting your domain, payment issues with Squarespace, or technical difficulties related to the platform. If you require assistance with these types of issues, we recommend reaching out directly to Squarespace support or you may hire Fraiche Studio for help with domain creation or connection services.

• Customization and Design Changes: Once you purchase and customize the template, any changes you make to the site (text, images, layout, etc.) may affect the original design and coding. Fraîche Studio is not responsible for restoring or reverting the site back to its original design if changes are made by you. If you are unsure about making these changes yourself, Fraîche Studio offers customization services for an additional fee to assist with the process.

• Use of Photography: The photography used on the website template is owned by Fraîche Studio. You are granted permission to use this photography exclusively on the purchased website. However, you may not use the photos on any other marketing materials, including social media, email marketing, or printed materials, without express permission from Fraîche Studio.

• Website Design Ownership: The design of the website template is the intellectual property of Fraîche Studio. You are granted a license to use the design for the intended purpose on your Squarespace website but may not resell, redistribute, or recreate the design for other uses. All rights to the template design remain with Fraîche Studio.
